Four-Stage Quality Control
Quality checks run at every stage of production, not just at the end.
- Incoming inspection — materials and components verified on arrival
- In-process checks — welding, assembly and upholstery inspected at each step
- Final inspection — finished beds checked against spec
- Pre-shipment inspection — random sampling before dispatch
Motor and Frame Testing
Motors and frames are tested in-house for function, load and durability. Specific test parameters are being documented and will be listed here.
Defect Rates
